Design, implement, deploy, and drive adoption of scalable, secure IT solutions aligned to business needs. Plan and coordinate application design/development projects, maintain and enhance enterprise applications, and define and document solution architecture. Set architectural standards and best practices for performance, scalability, and security, provide technical guidance to development teams, and support risk mitigation through delivery and post-implementation reviews. Continuously improve solutions using emerging technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, consult, and coordinate projects related to application design, development, and implementation.
•Maintain, customize, and enhance business applications; perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to improve performance.
•Define and document overall solution architecture aligned to business objectives, and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools.
•Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
•Provide technical guidance to development teams, mitigate architecture-related risks, and run post-implementation reviews for improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Relevant certifications in D365 F&O, CRM, and other streams such as Azure or AWS platforms.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in application management, systems engineering, or software development, with significant solution architecture experience.
•Expertise in databases and SQL.
•Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture (Azure or AWS) with excellent communication to stakeholders.
