Job Summary

Environmental Scientist role with WSP's Remediation Program Management (RPM) team involves applying environmental science expertise to deliver complex projects across Western and Northern Canada. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the RPM team to deliver environmental projects and manage fieldwork efficiently across Western and Northern Canada.
•Develop and implement project objectives and health and safety plans with project managers and mentors.
•Participate in a 10-20 person client-specific delivery team and leverage RPM group resources for complex issues.
•Conduct fieldwork assignments centered around Alberta foothills and other Western/Northern Canada locations (up to 50% travel).
•Engage with Practice Area Networks (PAN) for knowledge sharing and addressing complex technical challenges.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field
•3-6 years of experience in the environmental industry
•Strong communication skills and client delivery mindset
•Health and safety training related to the oil and gas industry (asset)
•Willingness to travel up to 50% for fieldwork across Western and Northern Canada
