Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and support enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency across consumer, commercial, and private banking. Partner with business teams to gather requirements and map processes, then translate them into PDD/SDD and test scripts. Build reusable automation components using UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Intelligent Document Processing, integrate APIs, and maintain production automations within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise RPA solutions for the Robotics Process Automation team.
•Plan and deploy end-to-end automation workflows that drive process optimization and operational efficiency across multiple banking business lines.
•Collaborate with Business Improvement Consultants, Business Analysts, and subject-matter experts to gather requirements, interpret process maps, and define automation use cases.
•Translate requirements into Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and detailed test scripts using Task Mining, Microsoft Visio, Lucid, and Confluence.
•Develop reusable UiPath components/libraries, implement Intelligent Document Processing workflows, integrate APIs, support migration from Blue Prism, and monitor production automations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
•3 years of experience as a Process Automation Sr. Developer, Software Developer, Business Analyst, Consultant, or related role automating business processes with RPA.
•Experience delivering end-to-end RPA lifecycles in UiPath, from identifying opportunities through requirements, implementation, testing, and deployment.
•Hands-on scripting/coding in C#.NET and VB.NET to implement complex automation logic.
•Experience using UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and running unit/integration testing and UAT to ensure quality and production readiness.
