Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead the centrally governed solutioning function across UK&I business lines, including strategic direction and roadmap.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor the solutioning team, ensuring capacity and capability to support pre-sales and bid activity.
  • •Oversee end-to-end solution design lifecycle, ensuring governance, architecture quality, scope integrity, and alignment with delivery standards.
  • •Provide commercial and financial governance oversight, including deal economics, margin protection, pricing validation, and risk mitigation.
  • •Partner with pre-sales, sales, delivery, commercial, legal, and risk teams to ensure cohesive, compliant solutioning and seamless handover to delivery.
