•Coordinate external vendors and contractors for plant office expansion and relocation projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering/Facilities Management or Business Administration
•3 years of relevant experience in Soft Facilities Management
•Ability to coordinate and supervise plant soft services and maintenance
•Experience interfacing with procurement and vendors to scope, improve, and reduce costs
•Strong understanding of safety, security, and quality management policies
