Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping, environmental assessments/Environmental Statements, and supporting documents including technical review of specialist chapters.
  • •Deliver critical review to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance with quality management procedures.
  • •Use project management skills to manage resources and budgets for EIA workstreams.
  • •Collaborate within integrated design teams to identify environmental constraints, propose impact avoidance/mitigation, and deliver environmental benefits.
  • •Manage client relationships and internal supply teams, and promote environmental services to identify and lead business development opportunities and proposal development.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs to infrastructure development projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of EIA, environmental assessment methods, and planning legislation across relevant consenting and licensing regimes.
  • •Experience delivering consultancy services with strong project management skills (programming, resourcing, and budget management) and coordinating specialist technical inputs.
  • •Confident stakeholder engagement with excellent verbal skills, report writing, and technical review capability.
  • •Degree in a relevant environmental discipline (preferably a Masters) with appropriate professional membership; Chartered Environmentalist status is advantageous.
