Job Summary

Join a newly established Embedded Systems Testing team to validate wireless communication technologies, boot ROM, and embedded device drivers. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Zigbee, Matter, Thread, Wi-SUN, and related stacks, including hardware-in-the-loop setups and CI testing. Execute regression and certification/compliance testing, track coverage and defect metrics, and collaborate with development teams to improve quality, interoperability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain automated test scripts for protocol stacks, boot ROM, and drivers.
•Create and enhance test frameworks and fixtures/harnesses for hardware-in-the-loop testing.
•Implement continuous integration testing for embedded software components and support test planning/case development.
•Execute regression testing, follow testing standards/quality gates, and support certification and compliance verification.
•Collect test coverage/defect metrics, participate in defect triage, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve test processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
•2–5 years of experience in embedded systems testing.
•Experience with wireless communication protocols and embedded systems.
•Knowledge of wireless protocol stacks including Zigbee, Matter, Thread, Wi-SUN (or similar).
•Proficiency with embedded development environments and hardware debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, logic analyzers).
