Job Summary

Maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts at a rental facility using EquipmentShare’s technology to manage work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues. Work Monday–Friday with overtime and possible on-call scheduling, document work electronically, assist with equipment/parts pickup and delivery, and support training of lower-level technicians while following safety requirements and OEM training.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
•Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment using independent judgment.
•Diagnose issues by pulling data from a range of makes and models to determine root cause and corrective action.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation and assist with pickup and delivery as needed.
