Data Engineering Manager

Lead the DataOps function within Data Engineering, driving operational excellence across data platforms. Manage and mentor a mix of internal and offshore engineering resources while partnering with stakeholders to intake, prioritize, and deliver data initiatives. Serve as an operational owner for key platforms like Airflow, Airbyte, and Looker, including governance and compliance activities. Own incident management, monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness, helping shape the long-term operating model.
