Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the focal point for customer relationship and strategy for assigned in-service fleet customers, building routines to improve performance and trust.
  • •Coordinate with sales and regional/central/transversal departments to support offers, contract negotiations, and provide customer intelligence.
  • •Lead contract management and supervise operational execution, including P&L ownership for products and services and tracking contractual landmarks.
  • •Supervise and coordinate internal/external partner activities tied to customer contractual deliverables and manage customer financial commitments.
  • •Define KPIs, analyze operational and maintenance data (availability and direct maintenance costs), and recommend actions to improve fleet availability and reduce costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum four-year undergraduate degree; education may be replaced with equivalent work experience.
  • •10+ years’ experience in customer service, repairs and logistics (or related field).
  • •6+ years’ experience in the helicopter/aviation industry.
  • •Business, logistics and supply management, and customer service experience.
  • •Familiar with aviation maintenance methods, practices, and technical publications; proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite and maintenance management systems.
