Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a regulatory resource to internal and external customers for regulatory matters.
  • •Ensure product and material compliance with local APMEA regulations and Kerry policies.
  • •Support internal and external stakeholders across the region with regulatory technical information.
  • •Prepare regulatory documents and support country-specific label development, liaising with RD&A, QA, and Operations for technical reviews.
  • •Manage emerging regulatory issues, maintain food regulatory knowledge across APMEA, and proactively interpret and communicate regulatory updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food industry in Regulatory, QA, or RD&A, preferably with export exposure.
  • •Strong cooperation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to carry out and lead assigned tasks/projects in a team environment.
  • •Ability to quickly learn new systems/procedures and use available resources effectively.
