Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team to deliver a WOW shopping experience, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth opening/closing and cash wrap processes.
  • •Train and coach team members using in‑store skills training, provide ongoing feedback, and drive improvements in customer experience and team happiness.
  • •Demonstrate product knowledge and use cases, listen to customer needs, and plan product trainings ahead of new releases.
  • •Plan and adjust in‑store displays according to standards and new product plans, including styling suggestions for daily and seasonal displays.
  • •Collaborate with the store manager to execute daily plans, handoffs, and support in-store events and brand activities to enhance guest experience.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience, with 1+ year of supervision/training experience, and a passion for retail.
  • •Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends or holidays, with a compressed/modified workweek.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English for guest reception (basic English preferred).
  • •Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive, customer‑centric mindset.
  • •Knowledge of visual merchandising, service training, and product training is a plus.
