Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end ISC transformation and program governance for the SBG, driving business value, standardization, and operational performance across ISC functions.
  • •Act as the primary ISC leader for S/4 within the SBG, accountable for deployment success, business readiness, and adoption outcomes.
  • •Partner with Corporate S/4, GDM, and value stream leaders to shape and deploy global design aligned to business requirements.
  • •Drive fit-to-standard adoption and ISC process standardization while identifying and resolving gaps.
  • •Establish and manage program governance, execution cadence, executive reporting, and deployment readiness including process, data, organization, and training.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or ISC leadership roles.
  • •Demonstrated SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred) in large-scale ERP transformations.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end ISC processes and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Experience in matrixed, global organizations and driving business process improvement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
