Key Responsibilities

  • •Support negotiation, drafting, and internal approval of Traditional Owner agreements, including preparation of negotiation materials and coordination of specialist input.
  • •Develop research and benchmarking analysis to inform agreement terms and negotiation strategy.
  • •Analyze past and current agreements to support consistency across the agreement portfolio.
  • •Coordinate heritage, legal, commercial, and technical inputs into agreement development.
  • •Maintain agreement drafts and records (version control, action trackers, approvals) and track implementation risk controls and mitigations.
