Job Summary

Assist the Fire and Life Safety (FLS) Manager by leading commercial and procurement activities that support Qiddiya’s FLS framework agreements. You will develop and issue RFPs, conduct technical-commercial negotiations, manage and track service orders, and ensure consultant and procurement audit compliance. Maintain framework agreement governance while tracking FLS project and submission timelines, including timely review and approval of framework scopes and invoices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and issuance of RFPs in coordination with the FLS Manager.
•Support and lead technical-commercial negotiations with bidders.
•Manage and track service orders.
•Monitor contractual compliance of consultants and maintain framework agreement governance.
•Ensure audit compliance with procurement policies and track FLS project and submission timelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Fire Protection, Civil, Mechanical, or related), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
•5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, contracts management, or commercial administration, with exposure to Fire and Life Safety (FLS) and built environment/construction projects (preferably giga-projects or master-planned developments).
•Strong understanding of procurement processes, RFP development, framework agreements, and contract governance.
•Familiarity with fire and life safety codes and standards, and third-party review/consultant processes (e.g., NFPA, IBC, or relevant local/international codes).
