Senior Legal Counsel

Lead legal advisory for Japan across cash management, corporate banking and global markets, partnering with regional/global teams to mitigate risk and enable business growth. You will handle transactional documentation, coordinate with external counsel, and participate in governance forums, reporting to the Japan General Counsel. Requires strong English and financial law expertise with the ability to balance commercial and legal considerations.
