Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and classify Flight Attendant reports (regulatory and/or non-regulatory).
  • •Monitor trends and escalate special issues to supervisors and/or corresponding departments.
  • •Manage and distribute DOT, CEER, LTMD, and Disability cases impacting Inflight Operations.
  • •Conduct data extraction using AFARS and CERS to support ad hoc reports and timely case notifications.
  • •Manage the monthly Catering Dispute process and escalate CERS reports to the Inflight Ops support team when Flight Attendant outreach is necessary.
