•Support daily warehouse order fulfillment operations to maximize productivity and customer service.
•Lead a team to ensure proper product selection and picking procedures while complying with warehouse policies.
•Coordinate with operations supervisors to implement an effective maintenance program.
•Promote a safe, efficient work environment and lead operations in compliance with OSHA and standards.
•Assist with discrepancies, monitor operational goals, and coach associates to maximize performance and accuracy.
