Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously improve the outbound enablement strategy for the Sales Development organization to ensure BDR/SDRs generate qualified pipeline.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain outbound playbooks, methodologies, and enablement content for SDR/BDRs and supporting materials for Sales and Customer Success.
  • •Build and manage onboarding and ramp programs, including defining Pipeline Ready milestones and career progression pathways into Account Executive roles.
  • •Deliver onboarding programs through workshops, certifications, coaching, and ongoing learning initiatives that reinforce best practices and improve performance.
  • •Partner with Revenue Operations to improve sales workflows, reporting, technology adoption, and measure enablement effectiveness via KPIs like ramp time and pipeline generation.
