Job Summary

Translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce CRM solutions by eliciting and documenting requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and partnering with Product Managers to prioritize the Salesforce backlog. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and technical teams to design and refine the Salesforce data model and platform architecture, assess dependencies, and lead UAT and enablement. Serve as a functional project lead while promoting Salesforce-native standards to reduce technical debt.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate workshops to elicit, analyze, and document business processes and functional requirements.
•Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps to guide development.
•Partner with Product Managers to evaluate requests, assess strategic value, and prioritize the Salesforce backlog.
•Collaborate on solution design with Salesforce administrators and developers to safeguard data model integrity.
•Lead UAT and enablement by designing UAT scripts and coordinating testing cycles, plus author end-user training materials.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of four (4) years of experience in business analysis, requirements translation, and functional design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Solid working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, configuration options, security models, and declarative automation tools.
•Demonstrated success leading or driving functional phases of cross-functional Salesforce projects from discovery through deployment.
•Proven ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with non-technical business partners and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
•Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
