Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of four (4) years of experience in business analysis, requirements translation, and functional design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • •Solid working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, configuration options, security models, and declarative automation tools.
  • •Demonstrated success leading or driving functional phases of cross-functional Salesforce projects from discovery through deployment.
  • •Proven ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with non-technical business partners and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
  • •Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
