Key Responsibilities

•Guarantee continuous operation and preventive/corrective maintenance of sophisticated fixed-video surveillance systems, centralized video platforms, and post-sale mobile communication systems, ensuring strict SLA compliance
•Perform on-site infrastructure management including structural inspections, functional tests, and first-line maintenance at remote sites, covering electrical (AC/DC) subsystems, transport networks, microwave link optimization, and multi-site trunking systems
•Respond to network incidents and conduct root-cause analysis, participating in call-out guard schedules to diagnose video faults, detect radio interference, and carry out hardware/software installation and updates
•Serve as technical reference for service needs across multiple integrated products in a single configuration, covering 2 to 10 client sites and coordinating with subcontractors
•Ensure installations adhere to Motorola Solutions R56 technical standards and guidelines

•Open to final-year students or recent graduates in Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or technically similar fields with relevant experience
