Job Summary

Lead the Fair and Responsible Banking (FARB) Team within Compliance Risk Management by executing the Fair Lending Program. Use advanced analytics and AI-enabled monitoring to quantify and assess fair lending risk, interpret regression and statistical outputs, and drive escalation and mitigation. Oversee loan file examinations and automated reporting/visualizations to provide executive-ready insights, support governance and oversight requests, and mentor analysts to scale consistent monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and implementation of automation, AI-assisted monitoring, and advanced analytics processes to strengthen fair lending risk identification and monitoring scalability.
•Collaborate with the FARB Analytics Team to interpret regression model outputs and translate findings into monitoring priorities, targeted reviews, automation opportunities, and risk escalations.
•Design and maintain repeatable analytics workflows, review worksheets, and workpapers aligned to monitoring scope, regulatory expectations, and elevated-risk areas.
•Lead fair lending loan file examinations, including comparative credit/file reviews and validation of underwriting and decisioning outcomes for compliance.
•Use analytics tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI) to quantify risk, analyze lending outcomes, evaluate datasets for trends/disparities, and prepare clear executive-ready reports and presentations while mentoring analysts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3–5 years of direct fair lending compliance experience, including fair lending monitoring, comparative file review, and underwriting/decisioning analysis with the ability to identify and escalate discriminatory risk.
•Extensive knowledge of fair lending laws, regulations, and supervisory expectations applied to monitoring, testing, file review, and issue escalation.
•3–5 years of relevant underwriting, credit analysis, or underwriting quality control experience across multiple consumer lines, including comparative credit/file reviews and assessment of decisioning outcomes.
•Demonstrated proficiency with automation, AI/ML, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or comparable platforms) to support fair lending monitoring and risk identification.
•Strong leadership and communication skills, with integrity and the ability to work independently using sound judgment and present findings to management and governance stakeholders.
