Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and execution of communications strategies aligned with EMEIA business priorities, growth objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Create communications for team-wide initiatives, organizational changes, business updates, and key regional programs.
  • •Develop and tailor written and multimedia communications for diverse employee audiences, including manufacturing and office-based populations.
  • •Draft and edit leadership communications such as employee emails, manager communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, and cascade materials.
  • •Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, generate new engagement ideas, and drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 6,280 - 10,310 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •College/university degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of communications, public relations, or related experience.
  • •Experience supporting leader communications and internal communications/employee engagement programs.
  • •Experience working in a global or matrixed organization (preferred).
  • •Strong communications skills (writing, editing, speaking, planning, strategy) with proficiency in Canva.
