•Own features end-to-end with a customer in the loop from discovery and prototype through ship, then track outcomes.
•Set the pace for AI-native development with fast iteration and real validation.
•Translate ambiguous, real-world customer problems into working software quickly enough to keep customers engaged.
•Treat adoption and quality as your responsibility after launch, including when features don’t land.
•Mentor engineers earlier in their careers in technical craft and customer-centered building.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience, or a relevant degree plus equivalent experience.
•Deep proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js or Python, with reasoning about distributed systems and API design.
•Full-stack capability with React and HTML/CSS, plus backend and cloud-native experience with AWS.
•A track record of turning real customer problems into production software, not just specs into code.
•Comfort using AI-assisted development tools and holding others to that standard, with an entrepreneurial mindset to iterate quickly.
