Job Summary

Lead the growth operations infrastructure for Craniometrix, owning the CRM, targeting frameworks, territories, comp plans, analytics, and AI tooling to scale a high-growth healthcare startup. You’ll design the go-to-market operating system, define ICP and territory strategy, and partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to translate strategic decisions into scalable, measurable execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the build-out, configuration, and ongoing discipline of our CRM as the single source of truth for the entire revenue motion; define pipeline stages, data hygiene standards, and reporting conventions.
•Design lead routing logic and handoff workflows between demand generation, sales, and account management, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
•Select, implement, and operationalize the AI and sales-tech toolkit, continuously testing what earns its place in the stack.
•Build and maintain the account tiering and prioritization framework and translate the Ideal Customer Profile into a segmented target account universe.
•Partner with leadership to set the commercial vision, design comp plans and quotas, and build capacity/hiring models that connect headcount decisions to revenue targets.
•Build and own pipeline reporting and forecasting inputs, surface patterns in conversion to inform targeting and messaging, and scale processes as the Growth team expands.
•Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure the operating system supports the whole revenue motion.
•Translate field insights into improvements in process, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
•Represent Growth Strategy & Operations with rigor in cross-functional and leadership settings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4 to 8+ years of total experience, with a strong preference for a consulting background (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) plus 2 to 3 years in a commercial or revenue operations function at a high-growth healthcare or vertical SaaS company
•Hands-on fluency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern sales-tech and market-data tooling
•Strong analytical horsepower: you reason from the numbers, build models others can use, and translate ambiguity into structured frameworks
•Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to put a strategy into words and make a complex system legible to a cross-functional team
•Experience building commercial operations in healthcare, value-based care, or a regulated vertical (preferred)
