Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic growth and commercial success of Mastercard’s cybersecurity business as P&L owner, maximizing revenue through direct sales engagement and cross-team collaboration.
  • •Coordinate internal execution across product, sales, consulting, and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals, including sales enablement and pipeline visibility for Services Business Leads.
  • •Facilitate key client introductions and cross-sell opportunities between Recorded Future, Risk Recon, and Cyber-Consulting.
  • •Own end-to-end cybersecurity sales with focus on consulting bundles, including referrals and lead generation for Mastercard managed accounts.
  • •Track commercial integration progress, lead funnel health, conversion efficiency, and integration risks; communicate progress and take improvement actions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience in cybersecurity consulting or technology sales, with team management responsibility.
  • •Experience selling security services/consulting/technologies, including cyber threat intelligence, security awareness & training, cloud security, crisis and incident response, third-party risk management, threat & vulnerability management, AI-related security, CRQ (Cyber Risk Quantification), web application firewall, and identity theft protection.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decisions and continuous improvement.
  • •Direct selling and proposal development experience, identifying business development opportunities and building cybersecurity proposals and trust with mid- and executive-level clients.
