Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and interpret regulatory developments applicable to Alan’s insurance products and contracts, including ACPR guidelines and distribution regulations.
  • •Translate regulatory obligations into operational tools, processes, and compliance reporting for internal bodies and regulators.
  • •Support responses to inspections and audits and contribute to influencing regulatory evolutions with public affairs.
  • •Contribute to RFP responses and contractual negotiations with clients and partners, supporting business positioning with regulatory understanding.
  • •Help meet regulatory requirements within products while improving member experience, including pricing/options design, UX, and complaints management.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in insurance law and/or social protection law, from a top insurance law firm or insurance company.
  • •Fluent French and professional-level English.
  • •Exposure to commercial health and/or disability insurance matters (advising, litigation, or in-house).
  • •Familiarity with French insurance regulatory frameworks, including ACPR and distribution rules.
  • •Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and scale legal operations (bonus interest).
