Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, fit, fasten, connect, and install parts to form subassemblies and system components.
  • •Set up and perform identification stamping, painting/stripe markings, and retainer loading, including manual/machine loading per work orders.
  • •Read and interpret blueprints, illustrations, and specifications to determine layouts and sequences of operations.
  • •Perform soldering, crimping, cable/wire termination, and load/operate heat treat and annealing ovens.
  • •Rework/repair assembled parts to engineering specification changes, maintain safe/clean housekeeping, and stage materials for shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Reside within 50 miles of Camarillo, CA; no relocation benefit is offered.
  • •This role requires access to export-controlled information; applicant must be a U.S. person (as defined in the posting).
  • •Preferred experience assembling electromechanical or precision connectors for aerospace/defense/space, with familiarity in AS9100/ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
