Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead zero-to-one and scale initiatives across agentic commerce, stablecoin acceptance, and hybrid settlement.
  • •Define machine-to-machine payment protocols by building API/SDK primitives and execution layers for AI-driven payment authorization and verification.
  • •Integrate Airi into the core checkout lifecycle using LLMs/predictive models for routing, intent detection, dynamic risk scoring, and automated fraud defense.
  • •Architect stablecoin acceptance rails and unify checkout flows alongside card and local payment methods via a single API integration.
  • •Ensure payment engine scalability and resilience (99.999% uptime, fault tolerance, near-zero latency) and represent Airwallex in global standards and developer communities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience in fast-paced fintech/tech environments.
  • •Track record building and scaling core payment infrastructure, including card scheme or blockchain/stablecoin payment systems.
  • •Strong technical background with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (preferred Computer Science/Engineering/Math).
  • •Preferred: hands-on experience with payment authorization flows, ISO 8583/20022 messaging, card scheme rules, or token standards (ERC-20, Solana SPL) and stablecoin architecture.
  • •Preferred: understanding of LLMs, tool-use agents, and multi-agent workflows for agentic commerce and payment protocol standards.
