Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues from the IT Support team.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and cloud-related issues.
  • •Administer and support enterprise endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
  • •Support identity and access management, including provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts and devices using IAM best practices.
  • •Assist with cloud-based infrastructure and services and networking troubleshooting; document procedures and participate in migrations, upgrades, and on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure administration, or a similar IT role.
  • •Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and security best practices, including Active Directory, SSO, and MFA.
  • •Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless networking, and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience administering enterprise Windows and macOS environments, including endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf.
  • •Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure, and familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar).
