Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of Windows infrastructure and engineering activities aligned to project schedules and priorities.
  • •Manage team workloads, sprint activities, and progress reporting to ensure delivery of outcomes.
  • •Oversee administration, performance monitoring, and maintenance of Windows Server and enterprise services.
  • •Ensure endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and configuration management through SCCM/MECM and related tools.
  • •Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational management, including performance reviews and development plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing Windows engineering teams.
  • •Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise Microsoft technologies.
  • •Proven endpoint management experience including software deployment, patch management, device lifecycle management, and compliance.
  • •Experience administering and supporting SCCM/MECM environments and delivering work in complex, structured environments.
