Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct maintenance employees during assigned shifts while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, weekend & nightly assignments, and communicate starting work assignments with overlapping shifts.
  • •Review daily inspection sheets and maintain/submit necessary maintenance paperwork; perform routine hands-on auditing of PMs.
  • •Provide hands-on production support as needed, including filling in for vacationing technicians and aiding training for operators and technicians.
  • •Lead by example for safety, workmanship, documentation, and attitude; audit and implement corrective actions for maintenance housekeeping issues and uphold ISO/GMP standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a multicraft maintenance position preferred.
  • •Experienced and knowledgeable in hydraulic, PLC, and electrical machine repairs.
  • •Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English, and maintaining an attendance record while working required overtime.
  • •High school graduate or equivalent; 2+ years of technical school preferred.
  • •Comply with safety requirements and PPE, including lifting up to 35 lbs, and complete required work documentation in Microsoft Office.
