Lead technology strategy and portfolio execution for Key’s Retail Branch Network servicing platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery and modernization efforts, improve operational excellence through reliability, security, and incident governance, and ensure systems stay aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Partner with senior Retail and Technology leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, oversee budget and vendor relationships, and build cross-functional teams spanning engineering and delivery to drive measurable outcomes.
