Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Manage document control and project controls including receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of project data and documents
•Set up and maintain document control/records management for multiple projects and Project Managers
•Ensure local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures
•Review contractor pay applications for accuracy and contract compliance
•Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate communication and monitor project schedules, preparing monthly progress reports

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree plus 4 years of related experience, or AS Degree plus 6 years of related experience, or HS/GED plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•US Citizenship is required due to the projects associated with this position
•Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices
•Two years of experience with 3D Modeling and CADD
•Four years of CEI experience having performed/assisted in project related duties (MAC System input, progress and final estimates, etc.)
