Serve as a Tier 4 technical escalation point for Next-Generation 911 (NG911) call-taking and dispatching solutions. Diagnose and resolve complex architecture, networking, and telephony incidents, manage trouble tickets in service tools, and validate/deploy upgrades with Product Development and Technical Services. Maintain lab configurations and create technical procedures, deliver corporate-level training, support on-call rotations, and travel onsite when required.

•Provide Tier 4 escalation resolution for hardware, software, and network configuration issues within NG911 solutions.
•Troubleshoot complex system architectures, server infrastructure, and database layers to replicate and resolve critical incidents.
•Manage and resolve complex trouble tickets in service management tools, maintaining clear customer and leadership communication.
•Interface with Product Development and Technical Services to test, validate, and deploy future technologies and software upgrades.
•Deliver corporate-level technical training and participate in on-call rotations, traveling onsite when needed for engineering support.

•Expertise installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows 7/10, and Linux/UNIX environments.
•Experience with LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Cisco CCNA concepts, Windows Domain architecture, and Active Directory integration.
•Knowledge of analog/digital telephony, VoIP applications, PBX (Asterisk or similar), SS7, routing, and geo-spatial routing.
•Fluent English communication and ability to obtain background clearance as required by a government customer.
