Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects end to end and deliver platform initiatives powering R&D, operational excellence, and analytics.
  • •Partner with engineers, scientists, product managers, and business teams to identify high-leverage opportunities and build shared solutions.
  • •Integrate open-source, enterprise, and SaaS technologies into the evolving platform stack.
  • •Design and ship platform architecture components for multi-tenancy, fine-grained governance, workload isolation, and scaling.
  • •Contribute to Data Lakehouse and Research Platform growth, including experimentation, data processing, analysis, and productivity workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years building and operating highly reliable production software systems, preferably in platform engineering teams.
  • •Proficiency with Python and experience with one or more other high-level programming languages.
  • •Strong Linux fundamentals, including networking and containerization.
  • •Hands-on experience operating cloud services, storage, and compute using IaC (preferably Azure or GCP).
  • •Operational experience managing and optimizing large Kubernetes clusters in single or multi-cluster environments.
