  • •Plan and implement baseline improvement programs to drive yield enhancements.
  • •Ensure process control charts are set up accurately, with strict adherence to limits and reaction mechanisms.
  • •Collaborate with Process Integration, Production, and other process areas to determine best approaches and exceed goals.
  • •Follow up on SWR-related defects and update the defect library; set up qualification procedures and study defect analysis methods.
