Key Responsibilities

  • •Post daily minibar consumptions through Micros and maintain accurate records.
  • •Stock, replace, inspect, organize, and clean mini-bar items, stores, and assigned minibar carts.
  • •Maintain daily minibar stock inventory and raise store requests through Material Control (MC).
  • •Replenish minibar items in villas according to requests/consumption and coordinate promptly with services.
  • •Take daily inventories, check monthly expiry dates, report issues to the Housekeeping Manager, and assist with additional assigned tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of job experience in a five-star or higher resort.
  • •Knowledge of Excel, Word, Micros POS, OPERA PMS, and MC.
  • •Guest-driven approach and ability to provide luxury service.
