Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact for assigned projects, diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring customer satisfaction with equipment at the customer’s location.
  • •Diagnose and repair HVAC units using cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
