Lead migrations from multidimensional cubes to tabular models, use Power BI for visualization, and collaborate with data governance, architecture, and business stakeholders while mentoring engineers.

•Serve as a senior data engineering subject matter expert for the enterprise data platform and analytics domain, ensuring solutions are safe, secure, compliant, and reliable.
•Design, develop, and deploy enterprise data engineering solutions using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure DevOps to support regulatory reporting and strategy.
•Develop ETL and data pipeline capabilities across the data lifecycle, including creation, transformation, storage, archiving, analysis, and sharing with partner systems.
•Implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for data solutions and apply test-driven development across delivered components.
•Lead data architecture initiatives including governance/enterprise architecture outcomes, migration of multidimensional cubes to tabular models, and technical reviews/mentorship for data professionals.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of data engineering experience with ETL concepts, enterprise data warehouse capabilities, and database principles, preferably strong in Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Databricks.
•2+ years designing, implementing, and supporting cloud data solutions with preferred experience across Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Services, Azure Synapse, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
•Advanced experience with at least one RDBMS and query languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL, or Spark SQL, plus advanced conceptual/logical/physical data design.
•Familiarity with analytics and data science tools such as SAS, Tableau, and Power BI; familiarity with multi-cloud data management/transformation tools such as Databricks and Snowflake.
•Azure-related certifications preferred (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineer/Data Scientist, or Azure DevOps Engineer) and experience in Agile/SAFe/Scrum; prior leadership experience preferred.
