Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject-matter technical leadership and oversight for structural engineering and load-bearing design work across project phases.
  • •Collect and analyze site and subsurface data (e.g., surveys, blueprints, GIS, hydrologic/geotechnical data) to support project development and design.
  • •Develop construction plans/specifications/cost estimates, including safety and phasing plans, and coordinate with owners and other disciplines.
  • •Lead larger-scale structural projects: supervise subcontractors and teams, monitor budgets/hours/expenses, and ensure QA/QC and industry-standard quality.
  • •Review permit applications and design documents, prepare technical reports/presentations, and support client/regulator engagement while remaining current on engineering techniques.

Key Requirements
