Store Supervisor

Ensure excellent customer service across retail staff by coaching them with up-to-date product knowledge and fashion directives to drive sales. Assist the Store Manager with profitable store operations, including loyalty program promotion, operating procedure implementation, store administration audits, and visual merchandising standards. Step in end-to-end when the Store Manager is absent, manage daily rosters/leave, and provide feedback on employees and products while maintaining store security vigilance.
