Key Responsibilities

•Support the Branch Manager by communicating priorities and, in their absence, overseeing the entire branch staff.
•Help drive branch performance targets using daily huddles and intra-day checkpoints to ensure progress on essential activities.
•Deliver the customer experience by managing customer interaction flow in-branch and refining scheduling to support continuity and business development initiatives.
•Ensure safe, sound branch operations by following policies and procedures, supporting audit ratings, and minimizing risk through operational metrics and security standards.
•Serve customers by asking personalized questions, building and managing a loan pipeline, and sourcing consumer lending opportunities through networking and cross-selling.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma (or equivalent).
•At least three years of retail banking sales experience (or other relevant experience) with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
•Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
•Ability to obtain an NMLS registration within 90 days.
•Ability to lead and develop others, including coaching as a sales mentor.
