Engineering Technician for advanced automated FMCG facilities in Busan, Korea. Provides first response to equipment faults across MHE, performs reactive and preventative maintenance, records work and parts, collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve machine reliability, and supports installation, commissioning, and safety practices across 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation at a state-of-the-art CFC site.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to faults in logistics automation systems (MHE), locating and analyzing defects to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
•Strictly follow maintenance procedures to carry out planned maintenance accurately, quickly, and safely across the site.
•Accurately record work activities, tasks performed, and parts used in materials repositories.
•Collaborate with other departments to improve machine reliability and coordinate engineering activities to support operations.
•Attend meetings as needed, analyze data, and propose solutions to improve equipment performance while ensuring safe working practices.
