Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with production control to create week-by-week schedules and assign operators.
  • •Partner with QE and ME teams to improve processes within the cell to improve efficiency and reduce rework/scrap.
  • •Establish recovery plans to recover daily/weekly misses before they impact monthly/quarterly results and consolidate cell results.
  • •Ensure robust root cause and corrective actions for major monthly misses and celebrate cell wins.
  • •Communicate, train, and guide hourly associates; direct operator activities including training, performance appraisals, discipline, safety, and opportunity resolution.
