Job Summary

Lead 3rd shift production and cell performance by partnering with production control, QE/ME teams, and other shift supervisors to schedule operators, drive process improvements, and prevent missed targets. Own “control tower” results through root-cause corrective actions and recovery planning. Supervise and develop hourly associates, build a culture of continuous improvement, and support site lean transformation, JIT/JIS materials management, and daily ops principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with production control to create week-by-week schedules and assign operators.
•Partner with QE and ME teams to improve processes within the cell to improve efficiency and reduce rework/scrap.
•Establish recovery plans to recover daily/weekly misses before they impact monthly/quarterly results and consolidate cell results.
•Ensure robust root cause and corrective actions for major monthly misses and celebrate cell wins.
•Communicate, train, and guide hourly associates; direct operator activities including training, performance appraisals, discipline, safety, and opportunity resolution.

Key Requirements

•University degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
