Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats during events.
•Assist in keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.

•Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
•Support emergencies and special needs (e.g., guide to exits, assist with seat accommodations, and help with end-of-show closeout tasks).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to perform physical demands including constant walking, climbing stairs, occasional sitting, and lifting/carrying 25 lbs.+.
