Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment; install OS, applications, security tools, and updates.
  • •Validate hardware and software functionality, perform system testing and QA checks, and apply asset tags and customer-specific configurations.
  • •Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming equipment shipments; maintain accurate asset records and conduct inventory audits.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and manage shipping/receiving/return logistics, including documentation and chain-of-custody records.
