Senior Team Member

Support small business lending spreading by performing financial due diligence on new and existing lines of credit and term loans. Analyze and reclassify financial statements to assess borrower creditworthiness and debt service capacity, retrieving documents from internal systems and performing enhanced due diligence for loan decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and escalations, drive process improvements, and create MIS reporting while tracking KPIs and KRIs to improve data quality.
