Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pragmatic legal advice and solutions to support business strategy, commercial goals, and customer relationships
  • •Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements including product purchase/sale, volume supply, marketing materials, confidentiality, warranty, and settlement documents
  • •Support planning and development of new product initiatives and growth opportunities in current and future market segments
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with legal teams and partners (e.g., supply chain, engineering, quality, security) on operational, compliance, and risk matters
  • •Proactively address emerging issues in product sales and deliver training on key legal topics to business units and Sales

Key Requirements

  • •JD from an ABA accredited law school and current membership in the bar in good standing
  • •8+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements across geographies
  • •Excellent working knowledge of commercial law and experience defining/reviewing quality requirements, agreements, and claims
  • •Ability to interact with and demonstrate executive presence with senior leadership
  • •Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and partner effectively with internal teams and legal colleagues
