Lead Lab Engineer

Provide technical leadership and supervision in an R&D Engineering Lab supporting residential HVAC testing. You will design, develop, improve, and sustain lab test facilities and capabilities, create design and functional requirement documents, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. The role also trains and mentors lab engineering, operations, and product development teams, coordinates third-party contractors, and helps prioritize enhancements and support requests.
